If We Were United

A human body in blue lines, an animal body in red; the two are entangled on the same green ground, a single knot in which it is impossible to tell whose arm is whose leg. The title opens with a hypothesis: instead of a hierarchy between species, two bodies curled up side by side. The artist’s conviction that animals are individuals with intrinsic rather than instrumental value takes its simplest form here — two bodies, one whole. Signed by the artist (2026).
