2. Product and price
The name, year, materials, dimensions, edition and images of the work are given on the product page. The price shown on the product page and the iyzico payment page is the total price including VAT, in Turkish Lira. Shipping within Türkiye is free unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Payment is made by card with 3D Secure on iyzico’s secure payment page. Card details are never seen or stored by the seller. Pressing the order button creates an obligation to pay.
4. Delivery
Shipped by insured courier within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation (30 days at the latest), within Türkiye only. Tracking is sent by e-mail.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by writing to info@iremyuksekbilgili.com. Return the work undamaged in its original packaging within 10 days to Ankara, Türkiye. Refunds are made to your payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice. Made-to-order works (indicated on the product page) are exempt (art. 15).
6. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to info@iremyuksekbilgili.com. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of your place of residence.
