Distance Sales Agreement
This English text is provided for convenience; the Turkish version is legally binding. This agreement, made under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, sets out the rights and obligations of the SELLER and the BUYER regarding the purchase of a work selected on iremyuksekbilgili.com and paid through an iyzico payment link.
1. Parties

BUYER: The consumer who provides their name, address, phone and e-mail on the payment page and completes the order.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of the work (“PRODUCT”) whose essential characteristics, price and delivery terms are stated on the product page. Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. Shipping within Türkiye is free unless stated otherwise on the product page.
3. Preliminary information and conclusion
The BUYER confirms having read the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement, and having been informed about the PRODUCT, its price, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal and the SELLER. The agreement is concluded when the BUYER ticks the consent box and completes payment on the iyzico payment page. These documents are published on the site and kept by the SELLER for 3 years.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit/debit card with 3D Secure on the iyzico payment page. Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER. Instalment options depend on the issuing bank and the conditions offered on the payment page.
5. Delivery
The PRODUCT is shipped by insured courier to the address given on the payment page within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation, and in any case within 30 days. Delivery is available within Türkiye only. Tracking details are sent by e-mail. If the packaging is damaged on arrival, have the courier draw up a damage report and do not accept the parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Notice must be sent in writing to info@iremyuksekbilgili.com (or by post to the SELLER’s address). The PRODUCT must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, within 10 days of the notice to the return address (Ankara, Türkiye). Returns via the SELLER’s contracted courier are free of charge. The SELLER refunds the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
7. Exceptions
Under art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, works produced to order according to the buyer’s wishes or personal needs (indicated on the product page) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
8. General
The PRODUCT is an original hand-made work of art; minor variations in colour, texture and dimensions are inherent and do not constitute a defect. Ownership passes to the BUYER upon full payment; intellectual property rights remain with the artist (Law No. 5846). Reproduction or commercial exhibition requires the artist’s written permission.
9. Personal data
Personal data shared during the order is processed as described in the Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice.
10. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade) and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence are competent.
