Cancellation, Returns & Delivery

Delivery

Works are carefully packed and shipped by insured courier within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation (30 days at the latest). Shipping within Türkiye is free; we currently ship within Türkiye only. Tracking is sent by e-mail.

Cancellation

You may cancel by e-mail before the work is shipped; the payment is refunded within 14 days.

Withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by writing to info@iremyuksekbilgili.com. Return the work undamaged and in its original packaging within 10 days to: Ankara, Türkiye

Returns via our contracted courier are free. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice. A deduction may apply for works returned damaged or not in their original condition.

Exceptions

Made-to-order works produced according to the buyer’s preferences (indicated on the product page) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (art. 15).

Defective goods

If a work is defective you may exercise your statutory rights (refund, repair, replacement). Minor variations in colour, texture and dimensions inherent to hand-made original works are not defects.
